The physical distance between the warehouse and the destination, the shipping routes selected by carriers, seasonal order volume, and capacity within regional sorting centers all contribute to overall transit duration. Additional factors such as severe weather, transportation interruptions, customs procedures, or unexpected carrier delays may also affect the movement of shipments. Under standard circumstances, most orders are delivered within approximately ten to twenty business days. Business days refer to regular working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Although this estimate reflects typical shipping performance, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our direct oversight. We continuously coordinate with our logistics partners to encourage efficient handling and timely delivery, and we appreciate patience when circumstances outside our control cause disruptions.

Because multiple variables affect shipping, we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival date for any order. Once an order has been processed and transferred to the designated carrier, shipment details are finalized and cannot be modified while the package is in transit. Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully review their shipping information before completing checkout. Providing an accurate, complete, and up-to-date address significantly reduces the risk of misdelivery, return shipments, or processing delays caused by incorrect details.

After dispatch, the shipment falls under the responsibility of the selected carrier. During transit, packages may pass through various distribution hubs, each with its own operational schedule and volume capacity. These variations can influence how quickly an order advances through the network. At times, carriers may temporarily pause delivery to verify address information or resolve discrepancies before proceeding. In rare situations, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this occurs, the unavailable product will be removed from the order, notification will be provided promptly, and a refund will be issued for that specific item. Any remaining products included in the same order will continue through the shipping process without interruption.

We offer free shipping on all purchases, with no minimum order requirement. Depending on the destination and the carrier’s policies, a signature or confirmation may be required upon delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may schedule an additional attempt. When repeated delivery efforts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our facility. In such instances, the order will be canceled and a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Certain conditions may prevent or delay shipment. Orders may also be postponed or canceled if incomplete or inaccurate shipping details are provided, as this can interfere with carrier processing requirements.

If an incorrect item is received, customers should contact us promptly so we can arrange a return and issue an appropriate refund. For size-related concerns, the original product must be returned and a new order submitted for the correct selection.
